Mexican Riviera Cruise On The Golden Princess
Nov 24-DEC 1, 2007 Puerto Vallarta - Mazatlan - Cabo San Lucas
The next day, we awoke to the sight of Mazatlan. From our balcony, we could see the famous cathedral.
The day's itinerary consisted of the Best of Mazatlan tour, which was a tour around the city in a bus.
We then rode into the Gold Zone and saw a series of traditional shows and acrobatics, many of which date back centuries.
We spent the afternoon walking and shopping along the Gold Zone.
Mazatlan taxis = beefed up golf carts.
We once again sailed late afternoon. Above, you can see the Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas and Dawn Princess that were docked behind us.
The following morning, the ship arrived near Cabo San Lucas. We took a boat from our ship to the pier.
We were back in the ship by noon. Our boat (also used as an evacuation boat) was pulled back to the ship and we once again left for the seas.
We sailed past the arches as we left Cabo.
We enjoyed the evening with another nice dinner and a show. Above is the Tasting Chef of the ship.
